Turlock Music Academy’s history started in the South Bay Area. Company owner Malachi Hernandez started a career as a music composer in Santa Cruz County in the year 2000. After his first successful contract with Watsonville High School, he began a career as a music tutor and performer. Throughout his 25-year career Mr. Hernandez has worked as a free-lance musician creating contracts with music studios, hotels, private, and charter schools in the San Jose Bay Area. In 2020 Mr. Hernandez and his family relocated to Turlock, CA where he began an online music tutoring service from his home. In 2026, he opened a music tutoring location at 200 N. Broadway Ste. C, in Turlock, CA.
